Wi-Fi Problems Galaxy S4 AT&T

I recently tried to install a new ROM on my phone, but I ended up bricking it instead. So I brought it to a store and they had someone unbrick it, but now I can't use Wi-Fi or even Mobile Data. Whenever I try turning on Wi-Fi I get a notification saying "Security information The device has detected an application attempting to perform actions that are not permitted. These actions have been blocked." Can someone please tell me how to fix my problem?

Did they return the device to stock or are you still on the ROM?
