How can I delete photos from Chrome Auto backup

I have a Samsung Galaxy S4. I have photos on Google auto backup that I don't want. How do I get rid of them?

Re: How can I delete photos from Chrome Auto backup

Welcome to Android Central! Use the Photos app (the one with the pinwheel icon that is associated with Google+) to delete the photos, since that can delete in the cloud. The stock Gallery app usually can't delete cloud photos. Alternatively, go to your Google+ Photos on the web and delete the photos there.

If the photos keep coming back, then you might have to move the original photo out of the folder that is being auto-backed up. If the photos remain in the stock Gallery even though they don't reappear in the Google+ Photos auto backup folder, then go to the App Manager, select Gallery, and Clear Cache/Clear Data, then Force Stop. Now open it again and wait a few seconds for the database to repopulate. The photos should be gone.
