how to clean cache s4 lollipop

How do you clean the cache, i havent font a factory reset since the ypdate and i just bought thiss s4 used. Should i or not?

Do it under settings -> backup and restordre -> factory data reset.

I belive a reset is the way to go when it is a used Phone.
