Why am I getting a pop-up telling me to Use a login to open when I choose a hyperlink?

Why am I getting a pop-up telling me to "Use a login to open" when I choose a hyperlink.

I use a Samsung Galaxy S4 running Android 5.0/ Lolipop. I am also seeing a World globe icon with a large key across it in my list of available browsers. This is seen when I am given a choice of browsers. Very frustrating and would really appreciate any assistance. Thanks.
