I don't like upgrade OS I can't confirm ringtones in contact and some of my apps are not working. How can I revert back to my old OS?

I don't like upgrade os I can't confirm ringtones in contact and some of my apps r not working

I have a hard time getting to my info on my galexy 4 after os upgrade to kitkat today. I can't get a response in my contacts for assigned ringtone although at least one does use assigned tone. My phone is jerry and sluggish. I did soft reset but afraid to do hard reset. Don't have all my passwords only petal list. I need to REVERT back to my old os. HOW DO I DO THIS?

Welcome to Android Central! I assume you have an S4, not a Note 4, right? Try wiping the cache partition: http://support.t-mobile.com/docs/DOC-5744
