HI everyone, Just a few details about my phone (Gt-I9505) it is on 02 and is rooted using CM12, Cracked screen dropped it on the top edge, (only a small crack on screen)
I have had this problem for a long time now where when i make a call or receive a call I can not hear the recipient and vise versa. every now and then the call will connect and i will be able to hear then and they will be able to hear me but if i try another call straight after it doesn't work.
However when i make calls over Skype, Hangouts etc or if i use a Bluetooth headset connected to my phone to call it woks perfectly fine.
I have tried some solutions like factory resetting, loading phone up in safe mode, trying different sims but to no avail.
Does anyone know of a solution or is there a problem with a chip inside the phone.
