My cell phone doesn't ring or play music
I have a Samsung Galaxy S4. The phone doesn't ring or play music. When I plug the earphone (headset), I don't hear anything when the music is on or when I call. When I call, the person at the other end doesn't hear me and I don't hear him/her. The phone is not on airplane or flight mode and the volume is set at max.
