why wont my samsung s4 wifi or bluetooth turn on?
ive had my phone for a couple of years now, and its in great condition, never dropped or been exposed to water. One day i came home and found that wifi and bluetooth wouldnt turn on. When I try turn it on it flicks dark green as if it were to turn on but then goes grey. Ive tried taking the battery out, factory reset, disabling wifi power saving mode and took it to the tech shop to get it looked at and they put a new software on it and checked all the cables but found nothing wrong with it. can anyone help?
