Why aren't Sim Cards being recognized by Cyanogenmod 11 SG4?

Sim Cards not being recognised Cyanogenmod 11 SG4

I have a Samsung Galaxy S4 GT-I9505 with Cyanogenmod 11. Very recently the phone stopped recognising my sim and kept saying Emergency Calls Only. There was no event in particular that triggered this. I tried wiping the phone and starting again and still nothing happens.

Another thing that I noticed is that when the phone is turned off, the time is not keeping time. For example, if I turn the phone off for an hour, the time displayed is completely wrong.

Mine started doing this today!! It gives me a notification about it every few minutes and the only way to get rid of it is to restart. Please help!
