Tried to update S4 to Lollipop and it's crashed and won't reload!

Hi folks

I use an S4 as my business mobile; connected it to Kies on my Mac to update it to Lollipop and it crashed and asked me to do an emergency reload but it's not doing that either now

Any advice on this before I bin it and buy a replacement?

I have access to a PC laptop as well so would it be worth trying it on there?

Scratch that

I'm all sorted now; just appeared to be a hiccup

My S4 is nicely running 5.0.1
