I have put a 128gb sd card in a samsung s4. I take a picture and you can view it fine. I took more pictures and the previous one's will disapear and get a media file can not be found error message. We tried to view on a laptop, but it will not work either, it tells the media has bad header.
Bad sd card? The screen shot is how the pic will show.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I've had so many issues with Samsung phones and SD cards getting corrupted and/or fried that I don't use them anymore. I'm sorry, but chances are the pictures are gone.

You can try this guide to see if you can salvage anything.

My advice is NEVER store your camera pictures on SD card, ALWAYS back up your camera pictures to the cloud (come on! Google Photos is free for full-res pictures up to 16MP!!! Or was it 20? It's a lot! No excuse!), and only move media you've backed up somewhere else to the SD card to free up your internal memory. It's the sensible thing to do, and in my experience, especially with Samsung devices.
