How do I set up my homescreen to flip up at the corners of my Samsung Galaxy S4?

how to set up homescreen to flip up at corners samsung galaxy s4

My friend just updated her samsung galaxy s4 phone and she can now flip up the bottom two corners of her home screen and get a tool bar and a favorites section. I updated mine and can not do this. Is there something I could do to get this?

I have that feature but I did not add any new app to get it. My roommate has the same phone and he does not have it???

Maybe it is carrier specific! Which carrier do you have that includes this feature?

Thank you so much. Every time I tried to swipe a phone logs that was near the bottom it would flip that tab instead. Hated it!
