ATT Galaxy S4 no upgrade to Lollipop 5.0.1 available, why?

ATT Galaxy S4 no upgrade to Lollipop 5.0.1 available

I see that beginning in April, AT&T started pushing out Lollipop 5.0.1 to the S4. I recently received a firmware upgrade from I337UCUFNJ4 TO I337UCUFNJ5, but no Lollipop upgrade. If I go to "Software Updates" > "Check For Updates", I get the message that no updates are available. I am running 4.4.4, upgraded from 4.2 that was installed when I bought the phone almost 2 years ago. Can anyone shed some light on what I need to do to upgrade my S4 to Lollipop? Thanks

I am having this problem myself. The odd thing is that a few weeks ago I bought a refurbished Galaxy S4 on eBay and it updated to Lollipop instantly with no trouble. Unfortunately I had to send it back for an exchange because it was having problems with failing to detect the SIM card randomly. The replacement I got doesn't have the SIM card problem, but for some reason it won't update to Lollipop.
