Galaxy S4 Led flash always on and phone wont get into system recovery!
Hi i am having real hard time. when i plug my s4 into charger the led flashlight comes on and stays on and the phone battery barely charges and phone heats up. i was able to get into safe mode but the screen freezes 10 seconds in everytime. i try to boot to system recovery and it stays frozen at "booting recovery" .
