My samsung s4 wifi and bluetooth wont open. Please help!
Hi good day. This is what happened im updating some apps this evening then suddenly i noticed that its not updating. after that, i checked my wifi. its off i tried turning it on but the result is only dim green. i also tried to turn on the bluetooth but it wont open. i tried the pull the battery stuff but the problem is not solve. tried the safe mode, factory reset but still not working. BTW my device is not rooted. any help would be much appreciated. thank you!
