    my Samsung s4 lcd is broken but my phone is still responding and tried going to Kies, says connecting and directs me to download smartswitch. I downloaded smartswitch, and tells me that the device is not supported. I badly need my data. anyone please help me !

    Welcome to Android Central! Are you sure you have the correct version? I believe you need Kies 2.6 for the S4, not Kies 3: Samsung Kies, Free Download Kies 3, Latest PC Suite, Mobile Software, Window 7 PC
