I receive a text message every week from my employment agency telling me how much I've been paid. However the text is generated by a computer system and consequently I don't get a phone number I get a sender name (the name of the agency) instead.
Because of this I can't set them up as a contact.
The reason I want to do this is I want to change the message received alert from the standard text received to a special one.
Phone is a Samsung Galaxy S4

What app are you using for your messaging? With Hangouts, as long as you keep the "conversation" in your history, you can change the incoming sound for THAT conversation.

With the conversation open, go to the menu then select People & Options, on there you can select the notification tone for that conversation.
