Why can't my Galaxy S4 detect any USB cables?

Galaxy S4 Won't Detect Any USB Cables

I've tried multiple cables, and I've even replaced the battery. The phone works when a new, fully charged battery is put in. Does this mean there's something wrong with the port of my phone? How can I fix this?

Welcome to the forums. Have you tried different wall chargers? If so, the port may be damaged.

That is something I would suggest you take to a professional. There reason being is sometimes other components can get damaged while taking the device apart.
