I do not know how to fix my Galaxy S4

I dropped my today and broke the top of the screen. It also knocked the cover and battery out. I do not believe the problem is with the battery because I can charge my phone and it even recognises the battery when I put it back in. However my phone will not turn on, I have tried repeated amount of times and the phone vibrates but will not turn on. Please help.

It will probably take a qualified repairer to do the job, if it can be done at all.
