And has your carrier issued 5.0.1 for that phone?

Each new version of Android has to be rewritten for the phone model, then the carrier does their rewrite for each one they sell, then they release it. If the manufacturer didn't write one for your model phone, or your carrier didn't, you won't get one.

    Welcome to Android Central!

What carrier is your phone for? Some carriers like Cricket have not updated the Galaxy S4 to 5.0.1 yet.

Well, I've got a Cricket S4, and was wondering if anyone knows whether Cricket will ever update to Android 5? Any rumors? Thanks!
