can data recovered from a pho that doesnt turn on?

My galaxy s4 recently got the recovery booting thing and would not turn on properly then it shut off and wont turn on at all , it vibrates but the screen stays black. when I plug it in it vibrates at intervals of like 2-3 seconds I was planning on getting a new phone but want recover the pictures that weren't on my sd card. thanks in advance for any advise.

Try connecting it to your computer with a usb cable and see if the computer recognizes the phone. Depending on your carrier and depending on how much cloud service they offer some of your data may be reinstalled on your new phone automatically!

Hi, you can try below solutions to get your data back from android phone

Just connect you phone to computer and view if all your files are present in phone and copy them into your computer.

Or you can login to same account that have configured in your phone via computer and go to Google play store and search for free mobile data recovery app for android and install it. after installing that recovery app might be you will be able to recover your lost data..
