Welcome to Android Central! More details would be helpful. What do you mean by not working? Does wi-fi turn on at all? Are you having difficult finding wi-fi networks to connect to? Does your carrier plan include mobile hotspot usage?

My WiFi will not connect at home or at work.
When I press the WiFi button I don't see any networks and the WiFi logo goes dull green for 2-15 seconds before going off.
I've searched and searched the Internet trying everything from tapping the back for a loose connection to fall into place to taking battery out, taken it Samsung and it will cost money. Loads of people have fixed it, sadly nothing has worked.

I'm not rooted and I won't.
I've tried factory reset that's not worked either. Since I've done that mobile hotspot won't work either. Just coming up as a dull green,.
Mobile data works fine but I haven't got much data to use.

Need help
