Cracked S4 Screen question about fixing/replacing it myself

So I dropped my s4 and it finally cracked and I want to fix it because it annoys me looking at it. The screen works, no oddities in the image being displayed, the touchscreen still works normally as well its just the crack that bothers me. Doing some research just confuses me because they're kits for just the glass, digitizers, lcd etc. My question is do I just need to replace the glass for this situation or the glass and digitizer?

Hi

It is QUITE a task to try to remove, just the glass. Now, if you don't care about messing up the digitizer, and want to try, then I"m sure you can find some videos on how to do it, example one below, to which, he makes it look easy, but its not, trust me from experience lol.

Itis not a job for the average user but it can be done by a good tinkerer. Look on YouTube at some of the videos and see if this is something you are capable of doing. I would also check around with some phone repair facilities to see about the cost. You may be better off purchasing a used phone on eBay or Amazon cheaper! Purchase from a good seller that has a high rating!
