S4 charging problem

My s4 gt-i9515's battery is dropping down while it's charging!When i use it it's dropping but when i leave it and dont touch it it's charging + this happens only if the battery is lower than 15-ish %.This isn't happening always just sometimes.And sometimes my battery is dying in the middle of the day and other times it is like 30% at the end of the day.What can be causing this?

I'm not 100% sure about your situation, but this may be due to an issue with wakelocks. Basically, sometimes apps request your phone to do something even when those apps are not explicitly in use. Every time an app does this, it uses a bit of your battery. One strategy is to try to identify apps that cause a lot of wakelocks and either uninstall that app or notify the developer of the issue and wait for an update.
