Phone shuts down when on snap chat and closes down when it 50%-40%

When I first got the note 4 the battery life was amazing but after updating it the battery got worse and 2 updates later, hoping updating it would help my battery- it did the opposite. Even though it was bad I would still go on my apps like Netflix, and playing the games I had without a problem of it turning off. And before I wasn't able to go on snap chat at 60% because my phone would shut down and I would have to charge it and it would of gone down like 10% or 20%. Since yesterday when I go on snap chat even when it's 90% it turns off and when I turn it back on it goes down like 2 or 3% but it's so annoying because my phone use to die at like 30% by itself like I'm not able to turn it on or use it at all unless I charge but for a week now it's been turning sometimes at 60% it just twitches off and I can't play or use any apps cause my phone shuts off. Help?
