100% to 70% in one hour, is this normal ?

It's a new phone, the battery was 100% and I didn't even touch it and now it's 70%, the device is a bit warm too, is this normal ? I have returned phone to them twice already and each time it's the same problem.

No.. It's not normal at all.

The phone or battery is defective.
I would return the phone for a refund and buy another phone elsewhere.
