Speaker always default when making receiving call

Hi,

Today my phone when I make a call or receive a call, the default is speaker and I hear the sound from speaker, and speaker button is not activated, not green, the speaker is not turned on and I hear sound from speaker, why this is happening?

If I plug the phone on dock and I remove I hear sound normally, but when I make another call or receive I hear sound from speaker.

I checked everything, S voice, driver mode...

Anyone can help?

Have you looked at the Accessibility settings? There may be something there that is defaulting to speaker. There could also be something from your dock triggering that when you remove it.
