Its a fairly new product, within the last month or so... And working retail i can tell you, Memory Cards are not like electronics, they are just accessories, so they do not change the plan o grams and layouts of any section to fit new products the second they come out... Give it another month... im sure they will be popping up more and more, and hopefully at a decent price

Ok I'm purely curious here and have to ask. What on earth do you plan to put on your phone that requires a $200 128GB SD card??

Porn. Tons of porn. No but seriously real reason is I don't have a micro sd card anymore I lost it and to me it made sense to buy the biggest capacity so I will only need to buy one.

@deadp1xel: why not opt for the Samsung "PRO" microSDXC cards? they are faster than the "Ultra" versions of Sandisk.

it's hard to tell ahead of time whether the 4K video of the S5 may require a super fast, most current, microSDXC card or would the 30MB/sec of the Sandisk "Ultra" suffice.

4k on my note 3 uses 6 MB/s. Not sure how much 4k on the s5 would use but I doubt anywhere near 30MB/s

Ya they're faster with less storage. I thought about getting a 64GB extreme San Disk, but I valued storage over speed.

Hi all,

I'm awaiting the delivery of my S5 due on Friday, coming across from iPhones for the last 5-6 years I'm pretty excited at all of the possibilities of modding and adding on etc.

HOWEVER!!

This brings much confusion also, whiles reading the S4 threads on cards, there are some posters saying stuff about the phones only being suitable for class 6 cards etc....

Will this be the same for the 5 or have they updated the sd capabilities?
