    There has been alot of apps in the store I try to download and I get a error installing saying bad manifest. Question is why is it saying that?

    Try going to the App Manager, select Google Play Store, and Clear Cache/Clear Data, then Force Stop. Do the same for Download Manager. Now try again.

    If that doesn't help, try wiping the cache partition: http://support.t-mobile.com/docs/DOC-10404
