My Samsung Galaxy S5 Active will not get out of Safe Mode, how can I get it working regular again?

My Samsung Galazy 5S active will not get out of Safe Mode.

Turned phone off and when it turned on again it was in safe mode. Took it to get repaired and they tried everything and it even rebooted in Safe mode.
