Where have my Music/Pictures gone?

Music/Pictures Gone!

Hi. I recently upgraded to a Samsung Galaxy s5 mini. I was listening to my music late last night and my phone just went blank!

So I restarted it and when It came back on all my music and pictures we're gone!

Has anybody else had this problem!?


I also have an SD card but have no idea how to save onto it

Welcome to Android Central!

Sounds like the phone maybe factory reset itself. You should download the Google Photos app and turn on the auto backup for your photos. That will ensure you never loose your photos. As far as the SD card, put it in your phone and open the camera app. It should detect the card and ask you if you want your photos saved on it.

Mt pictures automatically get put on SD card so try pushing SD card in more
