Samsung Galaxy S5 Mini update to marshmallow or no?

[AC Question]

Hi, I have this phone - Samsung Galaxy S5 Mini (SM-G800F) where currently is installed android 4.4.2 & I downloaded and installed in my PC "Smart Switch" and it's telling me there is update for my phone to Android 6.0 Marshmallow & what do you suggest? Should I do it or no? Is it stable and good on those phones?

it's 100% recommended to upgrade, marshmallow is more reliable and faster.
