Rooting SGS5 model SM-G900A from at&t lollipop

Is it possible to do so? What about recovery settings bootloader option I saw?

At the time being, is there no root for it, just got to wait until there is one

Any idea if we can root after we roll back to 4.4.2 using this tutorial:

I'm sure Android Lollipop is probably great. But Android Lollipop + Samsung garbage + AT&T garbage turns it into a laggy, buggy, unreliable mess and I am pretty much sick of my phone at this point.
