I downloaded Facebook messenger, made a shortcut on my home screen for a certain person's messages, and use the chat head in other apps for this person. Now my chat head wont delete or open and if you touch it, my phone freezes. I deleted Facebook messenger and reinstalled it but it's still doing the same thing. I've even restarted my phone to no avail. It just won't go away. Any help?

You can try to clean cache... You can use 1Tap Cleaner or if your device is rooted you can use Titanum Backup to clean Dalvik Cache.
