Does the charger flap fold back with a case on?

Looking for feedback on if the charging flap only points down when opened with a case, or does it still fold back.
looking at a neo case, slim armor, small tpu, ringke ... something like that.
still looking for a dock, and this dumb flap seems to fight it, lol

does this phone have a docking screen, say my gs3 had time weather, stuff like that when placed in a dock,

USB Dual Docking Station Battery Charger Cradle for Samsung Galaxy S5 I9600 G900 | eBay could be one option, but if the flap doesn't open enough with a case on, its no good.

That part of the dock (circled) almost need to be a deep hole instead of just a little indentation:




I'd be curious to see if this dock works. But to me it looks like it will put a lot of stress on the rubber part of the door assembly.
