    my mobile data doesnt work despite the toggle being on. this has happened multiple times and the only way to fix it is to toggle airplane mode on and off, has anyone else had this issue? I'm on verizon btw

    Have you checked with Verizon to see if there is an issue in your area with the towers?

    Yupp I had the exact same issue with my brand new S5. Definately has nothing to do with the telco and their towers

    I have the same problem, I can only get date using my WiFi ... Verizon keeps on telling me they fixed it, but as of today that is NOT true.. I will have to call them back once again, unless someone here can tell us what to do. I also got a replacement phone, but Verizon reps. said it did the same thing so I returned the replacement and kept my original phone..

    I had the same problem but nothing seemed to fix it. Verizon changed the SIM card and it been fine since...

    I am having this problem after changing to Straight Talk sim card and back to Verizon sim card. Ugh....
