AT&T 32 Gig?

I have been waiting patiently for the 32 gig to drop and now its been almost 2 mos and nada! Has anyone "in the know" heard anything about a release date?? I will say upfront to avoid the "you can get a 16 and a card" people I have a 32 gig s4 that only has 5 gig available and I refuse to use a card now because I have had TWO corrupt on me in the past year so I NEED a 32... :-\
