Moving Saved Wi-FI Connections With Passkeys to S5

I had a number of Wi-FI connections for hotspots (that required a passkey) setup on my Galaxy S3. Is there any way to move these to my Galaxy S5?

I should have taken a look at this before posting, they were all moved over to the new phone already but I have no idea how.
