Apps manager - SD card - listed apps

I manually moved some apps to the SD card. When I look at the "SD Card" list under apps manager, 5 are listed. I can only assume those are the 5 I tried to manually move over. 4 of them have checkmarks and MB listed, 1 doesn't. The one that doesn't says "Move to SD card" and shows 0 MB on the sd card. Why is it listed here if it isn't already moved?

I'm also confused by the news about moving apps over to the sd card. Does it no longer help to do so, or does it just depend on the app?

I heard about kit Kat limiting moving apps to sd but not 100% sure as I haven't buy one yet.
