    I have an issue that I can't seem to find an answer on. In my data usage window, I have removed apps that seem to be still using data. See pic below. Any help would be greatly appreciated. My service is Verizon if that makes a difference. Thanks, Joe

    Have you installed and then uninstalled any apps over the past couple weeks? Do you also like to download new apps on the go, play them a bit, and then uninstall them later?

    If you had an app that used data and then uninstalled it... It goes into that category.

    I purchased the phone about 3 weeks ago. I had a issue with a security camera viewing app that was using a lot of data due to a setting I didn't know about. I deleted it until I could get a response from the app developer. I have recently reinstalled it. Other than that, I have deleted a few of the factory installed apps that I don't need.
