Multi-Window on Galaxy S5 won't turn on ???

Hi, have had my Samsung for 2 weeks now. I've tried everything that I can find to turn on the multi-window and it won't let me move the switch button to on. That setting is kind of grayed out. What am I doing wrong?

Have you tried pressing and holding the back button?

Are you using Easy Mode? If so, it won't be available there.

Thanks I was having the same problem with my Samsung Galaxy s 5. Have turned it of easy mode and now my multi window has turned on. Thanks
