Strange ringtone volume

My S5's ringtone is really quiet first, and after the initial volume, it turns back to normal.

It's not a big problem, but why is this? My phone tries not to scare me? C'mon, my ringtone volume isn't that loud

Anyone else has the same "problem?"

That's just the Samsung does it. There's an app that "fixes" that if you don't like the increasing ringtone.

That "increasing ring volume" is the most asinine thing that Samsung did.
It wastes the first two rings and people hang up before I notice the phone is ringing.

That app works great on my S5, and now I have a chance to get to the phone before my callers hang up on me.
