Home screen keeps resetting

Just got my new Samsung S5, spent hours customizing the home screens, and it has now reset twice to the default. What's odd is that the short cut apps along the bottom have stayed the same, as well as a couple others. But, I setup 7 screens (one for my social apps, one for my business apps, one for frequently used widgets, etc.) and now it's back to 4 screens, with most of my customized settings gone. The only thing I think I did which might have reset this is that I clicked some Sprint Update message when I opened my phone this morning. Any idea what I'm doing wrong? I'm going to spend another hour or so customizing this and I want to make sure the changes stick. Thanks!

Just got my S5 today and it's doing the same thing. What is going on?!?
