Kies 3 question - Restore messages from multiple backups at the same time

Is there a way to restore messages from all the backups at one time? I don't want to restore messages I've had from months ago and not have my recent ones either if that makes any sense

You can only restore one back up file, unfortunately. If your backup includes all old messages and new ones, then they will restore all at once. But if you have some messages in Backup 1 and some messages in Backup 2, unfortunately, you will only get the messages from the Backup you choose to restore.

Is there a way to save texts to sd card? By selexting a specific conversation or does it have to go message by message?

Not with the stock client, to the best of my knowledge. But maybe a more specialized SMS program can do such a thing, like Hancent.
