I've linked my fingerprint to my paypal account and my fingerprint is successfully verified when i try to login. Then it asks me to confirm my account and asks me to choose my email (it gives me a choice of email no1 and email no2 which have the exact email address - i'm not sure why). Each time i select one it then says it is unable to recognise my fingerprint and asks me to try again.
This carries on a continuous cycle, CAN ANYONE HELP PLEASE?
