IR remote for other devices, A/V etc. Not just TV

Hi;
What are the best remote control apps for the S5?
I want to control my Yamaha receiver and Sony CD, etc.
Not just a TV remote.
Smart remote appears to be mostly for TV & DVR.

IR works on codes and some code are not available
But Yamaha has there own do a search for yamaha or contact there C/S
its a shame there is no learn funtion then you could do your own
i have also tried some and they only have a limited amount

Thank you for your response. Do you mean to check for a Yamaha app for receivers or to search for a Yamaha code? If code, for what app that works with receivers?

The Apps that are on seem to be bluetooth but email the link on one and ask Yamaha is there is one
I did find one app that had mine on but it didn't work

I just tried the Smart remote app on the phone and that operated my amp but just the basic stuff

Smart remote control rocks! It has it all, and if something would be missing the developers will add it in a blinking an eye! I use it for all my electronics at home, for multiple different YAMAHA receivers, gaming, TV, dvd, Blu-ray, tv satellite box + AC etc

My only gripe is that after setting it up on 5 flat screens with all my favorite channels and such it stopped working and lost all my hard work.

I have it set up again and has been working for a few days.

Found out if you set it up on a tv are whatever and can't control mostly everything delete that device out and go to the next code and sometimes it helps.

I have rooms set up.
Tv's.
Trying to set up my Yamaha receiver also in one of the rooms.
I can't find the receiver option on the remote control.
If I go into settings and look under that room, I see Yamaha set up but can't seem to access it on the remote?
