Not sure if we can answer that here. The best thing to do is to keep reporting the bug to Google, assuming you've tried all of the usual fixes (like clearing the app cache/data, or the system cache partition).

well found out what it was it was a app called ANT+ which came with the phone
This was stopping youtube dissabled this now all is well again
