    I opened it the other day. I did this on my S4 but never changed anything. On the S5 I opened it and changed all the animation durations from 1.0x to 0.5x. The phone seems to be a lot more snappier I guess you could say.

    Curious if anyone had little tweaks they might use to make their phone snappier in there.

    I did it on my S4 and on my S5. I set the animations to off.

    Yeah, really helps
    The animations and transitions are so slow

    If you want it to feel like an iPhone, set the animations to 5. Lol
