Is there any way to scan a document with a smartphone and send it to a folder for later use. I'm trying to avoid the printer's display menu. There is no computer that the printer software can be installed. Is there any software that can be installed on the smartphone to both scan and copy without using the printers display menu.

I use Google Drive all the time, easy to scan and save as a pdf file. Use it to scan receipts for work & works great.

I'm looking for a way to scan and copy without using the printer display. Is there an application like eprint that would make it easier for using a smartphone only.

Like already said, use Evernote, in native mode it uses the camera and saves an image.

It is free on the Play Store.

CamScanner shows up in this search as the 1st app recommended.

100 million installs, it can't be all that bad.

I just now installed it, also installed the optional OCR reader/scanner, and I love it.

If you want PDF files, search Play Store like this:
