It's all personal preferce and if you can justify the upgrade then go for it I guess. I spent time with a demo model at best buy prior to purchasing my S5 and while it's great and lightning quick, it was too big for me personally.
But if you can live with the size and just have to have the latest Samsung tech, go for it I suppose

I have the same question. Using both side by side at a Best Buy, the Note 4 struck me as being a clunky size. Too big for a phone, too small for a tablet. I don't see the Note 4 fitting into many pockets. But then, I have a tablet. If I could not afford a tablet, I could see going with a Note 4. I would like to hear other opinions, though.

I toyed with that idea for a long time, and finally decided that it is too big to be used as a cellphone handily.

If it will not fit in a shirt pocket, it is too big. The S5 does even with a military grade case on it.

I have a couple of co-workers with the Note 4. It is a great toy for them to play with in the break room during staff meetings when the topic is dullsville.....

But, I do NOT see any of them carrying it in their pocket while working.... it goes in a cloth lunch bucket/pouch.

If I had an s5 or the note 3 I would not upgrade to the note 4 I have it and can honestly say it was a great upgrade from the g2 but if I had the g3 s5 m8 or note 3 I would not have upgraded for me it really needs to be worth spending extra for an upgrade.

Plus if you upgraded from the S5 you would lose your water/dust resistance. This is based on your preference though. For me it would take away.

    Boom! From My S5
